The talent and expertise of the professional staff at P.W. Grosser Consulting (“PWGC”) has enabled Enterprise to quickly assess those facilities damaged by Sandy. By quickly identifying building issues and potential solutions, PWGC has helped advance Enterprise towards its goal of preparing the targeted facilities for the next major weather event.

The list of thank you’s is long and I am certain I would forget some, or at minimum mis-pronounce one’s name so I will let you all read the list on the sign down the wharf at the stockade fence facing the windmill.  But I do want to thank a few people and companies who really in truly did the heavy lifting here:

PW Grosser, who were first contracted in 2016 to re-design the wharf, and among other obstacles along the way had to deal with a new utterly un-informed Mayor as the project started in summer of 2019, was the model of the perfect project management.  Jenny Lund – there are not enough superlatives in the world to describe her dedication, communication and just positive demeanor though it all.

Our hospital has had the opportunity to work with PWGC for the past couple of years.   Their knowledge of regulatory compliance is second to none in dealing with today’s complex environmental regulatory issues.   They are responsive, practical, and economical and have the ability to put complex issues into everyday language.  In my opinion, their dedication to achieve what is thought to be unattainable sets PWGC apart from their peers.

We at NorthPoint appreciate your hard work and dedication with all the design changes and other difficulties associated with these developments. PWGC has been extremely helpful and accommodating all the while. We get to work with a lot of different civil/site engineering firms across the country and PWGC is a breath of fresh air.
