It’s been smooth sailing for Rebecca Reagin since joining PWGC. Her onboarding experience was a familiar process, but a process that is vital to her career. Rebecca details her onboarding experience, what she’s been involved with since joining PWGC, and what she looks forward to:
“My first day at PWGC was spent meeting my new coworkers and getting to know the company. Everyone was very welcoming.
During my first month, I settled into my role, was told what was expected of me, and what is needed to succeed. I gained confidence in knowing what was expected of me and I was eager to get in the field.
My onboarding experience was very smooth. As someone with human resource experience, I am familiar with the process and have no complaints about how it is completed at PWGC.
The 30, 60, 90-day check-ins helped me understand what I was doing well and what I could improve on.
Since joining PWGC, I have conducted UIC sampling, air sampling, groundwater sampling, soil sampling, wastewater sampling, report writing, generating tables and graphs, and site safety oversight.
I see my career constantly progressing at PWGC with new responsibilities that are given to me and increasing expectations. I look forward to seeing what the future with the company will look like.”
We stated in Rebecca’s part 1 of her “Get to Know” blog series that she has been instrumental in leading field activities and coordinating with clients, contractors and other PWGC staff. We stand by this sentiment. We appreciate and are honored to have Rebecca on the PWGC team and cannot wait to see what she will accomplish.
