Mapping with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) - P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc.

Mapping with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Our GIS and data management expertise enables us to present relevant, thought-provoking data, answer challenging spatial questions, and solve our clients’ needs efficiently and accurately.

GIS can be a valuable component on a wide range of projects: environmental site assessment, natural resource damage assessment, geothermal systems planning, E-Designation, invasive species removal, stormwater and wastewater utility, Brownfield Cleanup, redevelopment projects, and more. With these projects, PWGC uses GIS to combine, query, analyze, and visualize spatial data, allowing our staff to make insights and inform decisions.

Our mapping team works in sync with our field staff who operate high accuracy GPS equipment and cutting-edge drone technology. Our FAA licensed pilots collect aerial imagery and topographic data and can quickly and accurately calculate volumes, draw cross-sections, track site changes and more. All the data we collect and receive can be passed seamlessly through ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Enviro Data (Access based data management software). We accept, translate, produce, and share data in many file formats.

Our GIS team will work diligently to satisfy your specific project requirements and provide you with valuable maps that tell a story.
