Ms. Bianchi assists with projects across major market sectors including, but not limited to the following: real estate, healthcare, institutional, and transportation industries. As an Environmental Planner, she aims to minimize environmental impacts, comply with regulations, and develop sustainable solutions. This involves assessing projects, recommending changes, and ensuring that development balances human needs with environmental preservation.

Mr. Gandolfo responsibilities include, but not be limited to, conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects including brownfield and e-designation sites, leading field efforts for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations, and assist with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations. He will continuously improve his skills in the areas of groundwater remediation, soil sampling, air quality sampling and Phase I & II site assessments.

Mr. Saxton provides project management services on diverse projects which involve regulatory compliance and permitting, interfacing with regulatory personnel in a variety of regulatory areas, field investigations, and site remediation.
