PWGC is proud to celebrate Tim D’Agostino, PE, Project Manager, on being named the 2024 Outstanding Younger Civil Engineer by the ASCE New York State Council. This prestigious honor recognizes early-career professionals who demonstrate exceptional technical achievement, leadership, and service to the civil-engineering community, qualities Tim exemplifies every day.
Since joining PWGC, Tim has been instrumental in leading complex water-supply and environmental-infrastructure projects across the region. His expertise in well design, treatment systems, distribution networks, and regulatory compliance continues to strengthen the critical water resources communities depend on.
In addition to his project work, Tim is deeply engaged in ASCE through leadership, outreach, and mentoring roles that support both the profession and the next generation of engineers.
