Each professional brings a distinct combination of skills, perspectives, and experience that directly enhances the quality of solutions clients receive. Join us in welcoming Matt Boeckel, Amanda Hens, John Molina, EIT, and Jesse Wigler to PWGC!
Mr. Boeckel, Senior Hydrogeologist, brings more than 30 years of progressive experience in environmental science, hydrogeology, and project management, along with a strong foundation in subsurface investigation, hazardous waste management, and regulatory coordination to every engagement. His technical expertise spans Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Underground Storage Tank (UST) removals, Underground Injection Control (UIC) investigations and remediation, groundwater monitoring and sampling, indoor air quality studies, and soil and groundwater remediation. Proficient in Geoprobe operation for subsurface investigations, he also has extensive experience preparing site investigation work plans, bid packages, and quarterly monitoring and budget reports, making him a well-rounded resource for complex environmental challenges from initial assessment through long-term remediation.
Ms. Hens, Senior Geologist, has a strong foundation in environmental consulting, geological investigation, and field science. Her technical background spans environmental site assessments, remediation, geological modeling, and regulatory compliance, supported by proficiency in industry tools including ArcGIS Pro and AutoCAD. Ms. Hens experience extends across environmental consulting, mineral exploration, and marine research, reflecting a broad and versatile scientific perspective. She is trained in wetland delineation, Phase I and II site assessments, and environmental drilling oversight, and brings a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to every project she supports.
Mr. Molina’s, Staff Engineer, technical background spans civil engineering disciplines including wastewater systems, geothermal systems, site planning, and stormwater management. Mr. Molina is proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, SolidWorks, and HydroCAD, and brings hands-on field experience in diagnostic testing, technical reporting, regulatory compliance, and the preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. His combination of design expertise and practical field skills positions him as a well-rounded contributor to a broad range of civil engineering projects.
Mr. Wigler, Staff Engineer, brings a foundation in environmental engineering with a focus on water infrastructure and environmental sustainability. A recent graduate of the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and was recognized as a Presidential Scholar, he joins PWGC with a strong academic background and a commitment to advancing sustainable solutions. His technical proficiency spans industry-standard engineering and design software, positioning him to contribute meaningfully to a wide range of environmental and water resource projects.
