We are thrilled to announce that Nicholas Diers, Senior Engineer at PWGC, has successfully passed the New York State (NYS) Professional Engineers (PE) Examination! This significant milestone marks an important professional achievement, joining the ranks of fully licensed engineers authorized to sign and seal engineering documents in NYS.
The NYS PE Exam, conducted by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), requires thorough mastery of engineering principles, engineering ethics, math, and state-specific laws over one grueling 8-hour day. Success indicates a high level of technical competence and professional ethics.
As a NYS PE, Nicholas can now take on increased responsibilities, including sealed design work, construction oversight, and leadership roles, expanding impact on sustainability and engineering innovation.
“Congratulations Nicholas on passing the NYS PE Exam,” said President and CEO, Paul K. Boyce, PE, PG. “Earning a PE license is not only a personal milestone, but also a professional commitment to the highest standards of engineering, ethics, and public trust. We are proud to have Nicholas among our growing roster of licensed engineers and look forward to seeing his continued leadership and contributions to our clients, our firm, and the communities we serve.”
Please join us in congratulating Nicholas Diers on this outstanding achievement!
