PWGC Repeats as “Best Firm to Work For” in National Survey
November 07, 2018 / PWGC News

P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC) is proud to announce that it has once again been recognized by the Zweig Group’s “2018 Best Firms to Work For,” the firm’s annual survey that ranks the work environment of architectural and engineering firms. As it has for the past 10 years, PWGC was identified as one of the top engineering firms to work for in the country.

In fact, PWGC has been listed by Zweig Group since 2007. For 2018, PWGC’s history of being recognized as one of the best firms to work for saw it ranked first nationally in the “Environmental Category” and seventh nationally in the “Civil Engineering Category.”

The Zweig Group’s competition involves some of the most successful and recognized architecture and engineering firms in the United States.

Pat Sileo, PWGC’s director of Human Resources, lauds the efforts of PWGC President Paul K. Boyce, PE, PG, in the development of PWGC’s positive work environment. “It starts at the top, which allows and supports the amazing culture here at PWGC.”

Zweig’s “Best Firms to Work For” recognizes top firms that create a workplace that inspires, motivates and rewards employees. Since its founding, PWGC has worked to establish a work environment that inspires its employees through mentoring and encouragement.

“It is an honor to be recognized by the Zweig Group in multiple categories through its ‘Best Firms to Work For’ program,” said Boyce. “At PWGC we have developed a work environment that encourages the free exchange of ideas and rewards initiative.”

PWGC’s approach to employee relations has borne fruit not only through the recognition by Zweig Group, but has helped the firm to win new, long-term projects that illustrate the expertise in its core competencies, including storm water and wastewater management, environmental compliance and remediation, resiliency analysis, and water quality improvement.
