Twelve new faces, Jason Blizzard, Maddie Willett, Jerry Feagans, Robert D’Albora, Josh Wessel, Nicholas Diers, Deirdre Ryan, Ashaan Sibley, Jason Mueller, Deborah Teran, Mina Ajmal, and Jacquelyn Baric, join their new place of work, PWGC, and one face, Steve Colabufo, returns! Their additions to PWGC will strengthen the capabilities of our Engineering, Environmental, Environmental Compliance, and Administrative Departments.

Mr. Colabufo, returning to PWGC as a Sr. Hydrogeologist/Subject Matter Expert, will be assisting in completing a variety of hydrological and water resource project projects. He has more than 30 years total experience in the groundwater industry including project management, well construction, regional water resource planning, and groundwater education. In his new role at PWGC, his responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, assisting with hydrogeological investigations, groundwater resources investigations and reports, and well permitting and design.

Mr. Feagans, Senior Engineer, has more than 30 years of technical and management experience in water quality, industrial structure engineering, manpower management, community affairs, legislative liaison to congress and senate, green building, efficiency and optimization, architecture, profit engineering, policy/regulatory/procedure development, quality control, logistics, best practices, design of buildings, roads, subdivisions, irrigation structures, water, sewer systems, wastewater systems, power distribution, drinking water systems, drainage improvements and wildlife habitat design. He has extensive experience in business and engineering, is adept at assessing situations while implementing proper tactics which results in achieving set goals and objectives while staying under budget. Mr. Feagans has been recognized for innovative engineering designs, resulting in reduced costs to the client, and improving the quality of the plans for an increase in marketability and sales.

Mr. Blizzard, Project Engineer, assists in completing wastewater treatment systems and site planning projects. His responsibility throughout the duration of projects is to have direct communication with clients and contractors, project budget and timeline tracking, field monitoring, ensure the projects are in compliance with regulations of local, state, and federal agencies, and providing agencies with requested technical materials for permit applications and modifications.

Ms. Willett, Field Hydrogeologist, assists in completing a variety of environmental projects. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, mine permitting, environmental compliance for industry, stormwater inspections and permitting, groundwater remediation, soil sampling, air quality sampling, groundwater and wastewater sampling, and Phase I & II site assessments.

Mr. D’Albora, Field Hydrogeologist, responsibilities include, but are not limited to conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects including brownfield and e-designation sites, leading field efforts for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations, and assist with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations.

Mr. Wessel, Senior Engineering Technician, is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and design. His responsibilities include creating detailed technical drawings, consulting with engineers and designers, conducting site visits, and developing stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP’s).

Mr. Diers, Senior Engineer, has extensive experience in grading and drainage design, site plans, stormwater resiliency, flood mitigation, pavement marking, and construction inspection. Some notable projects include the site design for Jake’s 58 Expansion, LIRR Expansion, and flood mitigation infrastructure for Long Beach Road Reconstruction. His responsibilities throughout the duration of projects are to have direct communication with clients and contractors, project budget and timeline tracking, field monitoring, ensure the projects are in compliance with regulations of local, state, and federal agencies, and providing agencies with requested technical materials for permit applications and modifications. He communicates effectively and works within a team environment to adapt and deliver satisfactory client driven projects.

Ms. Ryan, Senior Environmental Planner, valuable experience and knowledge will provide success as a Senior Environmental Planner. She provides environmental and land use consulting services for projects subject to local, state and/or federal environmental and land use regulations. Ms. Kaim provides environmental consulting services across major market sectors including, but not limited to, real estate, healthcare, institutional, energy, and transportation. Ms. Ryan’s experience has allowed her to establish an excellent record in timely completion and maintenance of project coordination, monitoring, and document preparation, while successfully maintaining communication between clients, government agencies, and relevant entities. Ms. Ryan has been an assistant preparer of EAFs and Supplemental Analyses, DEISs, FEISs, Determinations, Notices, and Findings Statements.

Mr. Sibley, Staff Engineer, valuable experience and knowledge will provide success as a Staff Engineer. His skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office, as well as a solid understanding of engineering, construction, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical drawings. Ashaan is known for his ability to manage projects, collaborate with teams, and provide detailed diagnostic testing and reporting. He is a dedicated professional with a strong technical profile and a commitment to excellence in his field.

Mr. Mueller, Field Hydrogeologist, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects including brownfield and e-designation sites, leading field efforts for Phase II ESAs and Remedial Investigations, and using his background in geology to assist the company with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations.

Ms. Teran, Field Hydrogeologist, assists in completing a variety of environmental projects. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects including brownfield and e-designation sites, leading field efforts for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations, and assist with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations.

Ms. Ajmal, Project Hydrogeologist/Assistant Project Manager, is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in leadership, finance, and social media management. Her responsibilities are to ensure timely completion and maintenance of project coordination, monitoring, and document preparation, while successfully maintaining communication between clients, government regulatory agencies, and other interested parties.

Ms. Baric, Office Assistant, provides support with documents, reports, communications and all daily activities within the office.
