To meet the continued demand for the services offered by P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC), we are excited to announce the hiring of four new associates, strengthening the capabilities of our Engineering and Environmental Divisions.

Joining PGWC’s Engineering Division is Mike Scanlon, PE, who has started his second stint with PWGC as a Senior Engineer. In our Environmental Division PWGC has been joined by Dwight Chase, Ian Hnizdo, and David Victome, all of whom will serve as Field Hydrogeologists.

Mr. Scanlon will use his skill set to bolster PWGC’s Engineering Division and will focus his skill set on civil/site and geothermal applications, construction permitting, specifications, reports, inspections, and project management.

“I look forward to providing the excellent engineering services that PWGC is known for,” said Scanlon.

Mr. Chase, a graduate from CUNY in Earth Environmental System Science, will work with the Environmental Unit as a Field Hydrogeologist focusing on remediation and due diligence projects. He will provide management, oversight, and documentation on projects, technical field services for environmental investigations, and due diligence inspection services.

“I am very excited to be working at PWGC,” said Chase. “I look forward to working alongside and gaining knowledge from everyone here.”

Mr. Hnizdo, as a Field Hydrogeologist in the Environmental Unit, will assist in completing a variety of environmental projects. His responsibilities will include conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects – including brownfield and e-designation sites – leading field efforts for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations and assist with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations.

“I am excited to join PWGC and assist in the environmental division,” Ian said. “I have developed a passion for remedial work in construction projects during my time at Adelphi and look forward to applying it in my new position.”

Mr. Victome, as a Field Hydrogeologist in the Environmental Unit, will focus on remediation and due diligence projects. He will provide management, oversight, and documentation on projects, technical field services for environmental investigations, and due diligence inspection services. His responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects including brownfield and e-designation sites, leading field efforts for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations, and assist with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations.

“I am excited to start my journey at PWGC, where I’ll get to explore different projects in the field while continuing to develop my knowledge & skill set with the help of a great team in front of me!”

The addition of these new associates is indicative of PWGC’s steady growth over the past year even with the impacts of the COVID 19 pandemic.

“We are very excited to have Mike return to PWGC and Dwight, Ian, and David join our roster of professionals,” said PWGC President/CEO Paul K. Boyce, PE, PG. “We look forward to their contributions to our growth going forward.”
