The Ride the Wave Award’s newest rider is Nick Russell, Senior Hydrogeologist. Nick’s commitment to honing his craft and expanding his credentials and certifications to ensure projects are managed competently and efficiently is why Matt selected him as March’s Ride the Wave Award recipient!
“For the March 2022 Wave Award recipient, I would like to honor Nick Russell. In many ways, the pandemic recovery has been defined by The Great Resignation and exodus of employees from their longstanding workplaces. Although PWGC has done a great job to support its staff and expand its talent pool, we have not been without casualties in this process. Nick Russell was tasked with the difficult task of holding down the Industrial Hygiene Fort per se, with an expanded role in project management and client relations. Nick has stepped up to the plate and has been knocking it out of the park without missing a beat.
I commend his commitment to honing his craft and expanding his credentials and certifications to ensure projects are managed competently and efficiently. Most importantly, Nick embodies the values of our organization by continuing to provide excellent customer service and provides a personal approach to all of his clients.
