Ride the Wave Award puts on its wetsuit and is ready for the winter months! Katelyn Kaim, Senior Environmental Planner, is November’s recipient. Katelyn’s positive attitude and work ethic is why Maggie selected her as November’s award recipient!

“I am passing the wave to Katelyn Kaim!” Maggie said. “I have gotten to know Katelyn over the past year during our time in the Young Professional’s group together. She is very deserving of this award due to her positive attitude and work ethic. In her time here at PWGC she has demonstrated her value to the company through her quality of work and her dedication to the firm. I see great things in her future!”

“I am honored to be nominated by Maggie to be the recipient for November’s Ride the Wave,” Katelyn said. “Throughout my short time at PWGC, I have experienced tremendous support and guidance from my fellow coworkers who always inspire me to strive for excellence. I’m grateful for all the opportunities this firm provides to learn and grow professionally. I can truthfully say I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for those who support me and push me to do my very best. I am honored to be a part of the PWGC team and I am excited for my future in this company.”

We’ve hit November where the water is cold, but it will only get colder. Our employees are brave enough to weather the waves. Check back next month to see who is next up to Ride the Wave!
