Ed, the March Ride the Wave Award recipient has selected Dan Sergison, IE, Project Engineer, as April’s award recipient. Ed selected Dan since he exemplifies PWGC’s core values.

“Once I received the Ride the Wave Award I began to think of who to select for April. In my position I communicate and collaborate on projects with almost every employee at PWGC. After some time it became clear to me who to select. The Ride the Wave Award recipient for April is Dan Sergison. Dan has been a team player ever since joining PWGC. He has embodied our core values by moving to Connecticut to grow our services as well as sacrificing his personal time during our large school sampling project. His ability to adapt, put clients first and be a team player is what PWGC values.

Dan is also a driver for our geothermal services. Dan not only works on the designs, but is also in the field communicating with the drillers to ensure the wells are properly installed and that the project is progressing. He is a key asset for PWGC and will continue to move our geothermal services forward.

Dan has been a team player at PWGC since 2013. His hard work, dedication and knowledge has led to amazing projects and will continue to do so. Dan, congrats on being April’s Ride the Wave Award recipient.”

Dan states,

“I am honored to receive this award from Ed, for his kind words, and for all of the support that followed from PWGC team members. I was outside walking my dog when Pat Sileo’s email first went out and by the time I was back home I had so many notifications I thought something was wrong. Fortunately it was all good news and thoughtful messages, which I am truly thankful for, particularly at this time given the current state of the world. I am hopeful we will make it through these trying times and come out stronger on the other end. I look forward to seeing everyone again and continuing our work together!”

Stay tuned as we continue to Ride the Wave.
