Strategic Certifications Spark PWGC Expansion
August 03, 2017 / PWGC News

We’re pleased to note two new certification acquisitions on our staff that further expand our collective expertise!

Dave Hermantin, PE, CGD, and branch manager of PWGC’s Connecticut office, has received his professional engineering license in the state of Rhode Island. Dave is now licensed to practice engineering in four states, others include Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania.  As a Senior Project Manager, he brings his talents to our environmental, geotechnical and mechanical engineering efforts.

Heather Moran-Botta, a senior hydrogeologist at our Long Island headquarters, has passed her Safety Management Specialist exam and is officially a Board-Certified Safety Professional (BCSP). Heather’s achievement opens the door for additional safety training in pursuit of her Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. This highly respected certification is awarded by BCSP to individuals who meet eligibility and experience criteria in the safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) discipline and have passed a rigorous examination. Her achievement will let us better serve our growing list of municipal and institutional clients. Heather continues to work towards her Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification as part of her effort to attain her CSP.
