To meet the continued demand for the services offered by P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC), we are excited to announce the hiring of three new associates, strengthening the capabilities of our Engineering Division, Environmental Division, Environmental Compliance Division and Human Resources Division.
Joining PWGC’s Engineering Division as a Project Engineer is Alejandro Zapata. Alex Epifanio joins our Environmental Division as a Field Hydrogeologist. Jillian Winters joins as our new Human Resource Manager. We welcome them to PWGC and cannot wait to see what they will accomplish in their careers.
Mr. Epifanio, a recent Environmental Studies graduate from SUNY Plattsburgh, will work with the Environmental Unit focusing on remediation and due diligence projects throughout New York. He will provide management, oversight, and documentation on projects, technical field services for environmental investigations, and due diligence inspection services.
Ms. Winters is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. She provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, the board of directors and employee-shareholders.
Mr. Zapata, Project Engineer at PWGC, has a wealth of experience in construction oversight and inspection work on public-works projects in Suffolk and Nassau County. His responsibilities will include construction oversight in the role of a resident engineer on PWGC’s sitework and water treatment projects, as well as office engineering on drainage, civil/site and municipal projects.
“We are very excited for our three new employees, Alejandro, Alex and Jillian, to join our roster of professionals,” said PWGC President/CEO Paul K. Boyce, PE, PG. “We look forward to their collaboration at PWGC as well as assist them in accomplishing their career goals.”
