The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) announced “Proposed, Emergency and Recently Adopted Regulations” to its 6 NYCRR Part 375 Environmental Remediation Programs Document. The Proposed and Adopted Regulations are outlined on the NYSDEC’s website (Part 375 Website). The NYSDEC is accepting written public comments on the Proposed Regulations through 8:00 PM on May 21, 2024. In addition, there will be virtual hearings (registration required) on Wednesday May 15th at 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM where you can provide an oral statement regarding the proposed regulations.
