PWGC ADDS EIGHT; PROMOTES THREE

To meet the continued demand for the services offered by P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC), we are excited to announce the hiring of eight new associates, strengthening the capabilities of our Engineering, Environmental, and Administrative Divisions.

Joining PGWC’s Engineering Division is Debra Cianciulli, CADD Drafter/Permit Coordinator, and Karen Lopez-Madrid, who starts her career with PWGC as a Staff Engineer. Our Environmental Division PWGC has been joined by Joe Pressler, who will be a Project Manager, Evelyn Levine, and Danielle Dulligan who will both join as Field Hydrogeologists. Pamela Derk, Project Manager, and Kylie McClay, Field Hydrogeologist, join our Environmental Compliance Division. Jennifer Raby joins our Administrative Division as an Office Assistant.

Ms. Cianciulli, CADD Drafter/Permit Coordinator, will be assisting with permit coordination, which will include compiling necessary plans and applications, ensuring plans are equipped with the correct information, and managing submittals on SCDHS online portal. She will also be assisting with drafting AutoCAD plans for sanitary and site planning projects.

Ms. Derk is a Project Manager in PWGC’s Environmental Compliance Division. She will be working on compliance projects for various types of industries with a focus on air permitting regulations. Ms. Derk’s role will entail preparing environmental plans and permit applications relative to air emissions and other pollution prevention and control regulations, stormwater discharge, bulk petroleum storage, bulk chemical storage; preparing periodic reports as required for submission to associated regulatory authorities; performing calculations to estimate emissions and air permit applicability; and completing carbon footprint evaluations and reports. Ms. Derk will also be conducting site investigations to identify potential air emission sources and other environmentally sensitive issues. Ms. Derk has a vast knowledge of compliance regulations and has extensive experience working on compliance projects in both the private and public sector.

Ms. Dulligan, a bachelor’s degree graduate from CUNY Queens College in Environmental Science, will be assisting in completing a variety of environmental projects. Her responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects including brownfield and e-designation sites, leading field efforts for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations, and assist with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations. She will continuously improve her skills in the areas of groundwater remediation, soil sampling, air quality sampling and Phase I & II site assessments.

Ms. Levine, a bachelor’s degree graduate from University of Ottawa in Earth and Environmental Science and a master’s degree graduate from City College in Urban Sustainability, will work with the Environmental Division focusing on remediation and due diligence projects throughout New York City. She will provide management, oversight, and documentation on projects, technical field services for environmental investigations, and due diligence inspection services. She will continuously improve her skills in the areas of soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, air quality sampling and Phase I & II site assessments. She has an excellent track record of timely completion of deliverables, monitoring, and document preparation, while successfully maintaining communication between multiple stakeholders.

Ms. Lopez-Madrid will use her skill set to bolster PWGC’s Engineering Division and will focus her skill set on residential and commercial sanitary projects, which will entail drafting design plans, performing necessary calculations to size the systems, and assisting with report writing when necessary. She will also be assisting with various engineering projects that may require assistance with drafting.

Ms. McClay’s responsibilities as a Field Hydrogeologist will include, but are not limited to, conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects including brownfield and e-designation sites, leading field efforts for Phase II ESAs and Remedial Investigations and using her background in geology to assist the company with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations.

Mr. Pressler has proven his expertise working on several large projects ranging from RCRA Closures to Brownfield sites. He has gained extensive knowledge and experience throughout his career by being involved in Brownfield Cleanup Program projects, RCRA Closures, E-Designations, NYCOER, NYCDEP, NYSDEC, state, and county regulations.

Ms. Raby will provide support on documents, reports, communications and all daily activities within the office.

The addition of these new associates is indicative of PWGC’s steady growth over the past year even with the impacts of the COVID 19 pandemic.

In addition to adding eight new employees, PWGC is proud to announce three promotions. Usman Chaudhry has been promoted to Project Manager from Senior Hydrogeologist, Josetta Williams has been promoted to Senior Billing/AR Analyst from Billing/AR Analyst and Rosie Ausili joins the Accounting Division as Accounting Specialist. Rosie was previously an Office Assistant.

Their hard work, dedication, eagerness to learn and accept greater responsibilities, were recognized and rewarded. We look forward to their success and growth in their new positions.
