Ride the Wave Award hangs ten into June and prepares for the summer months! May’s recipient has chosen William Henfling, EIT, Staff Engineer, as June’s award recipient. Erik selected William due to his reliability, work ethic and ability to rise to the occasion.

“To say that this was a difficult decision to make is an understatement. There is no shortage of colleagues that I think are deserving of this recognition, but I would like to take this opportunity to pass along the Ride the Wave Award to someone who has always risen to the occasion and has put the project first, even when it required him to work at some unorthodox times. Will Henfling has proven time and time again that he will do what it takes to help meet project goals. I am confident in saying that I know there are numerous other project managers who are very happy to have Will working on their projects, so this recognition is well deserved. I am quite fortunate to have Will ready and willing to help out whenever I need him, and I am excited to see where his career takes him. Looking forward to many successful years!”

“Thank you, Erik, for the kind words and selecting me for the Ride the Wave Award,” William said. “I appreciate the ongoing support from our PWGC team, which has allowed me to be successful in the completion of numerous projects. I am grateful for the countless opportunities that PWGC has given me to grow as a young engineer. In the future, I look forward to more challenging projects and celebrating the success of others with the Ride the Wave Award.”

Stay tuned as we hang ten into the summer months and select another employee to Ride the Wave!
